Lili Harrison

A lifelong resident of Texas, Lili Harrison was raised in Plano, graduating from Plano Senior High School before going on to attend Texas A&M University. After graduating from A&M, Lili continued pursuing her passion for education by working to obtain her Texas Educator Certificate. Since her accreditation by the Texas Education Agency, Lili has gained valuable knowledge and insight working with school districts throughout the DFW.

It is this first-hand, behind-the-scenes experience into not only teaching but how school districts operate that has given her a more introspective and analytical outlook on what motivates consumers in this market today. Currently a Frisco ISD teacher herself, Lili understands that school districts are one of the foremost concerns for homebuyers, whether or not they have school-aged children.

“There is a direct correlation between the efficacy and performance of school districts and the median property value of the homes nearby. The future of a school district is often a key factor when considering investing in a home. Through consistent, personal interaction with homeowners in the community where I teach I am better able to discern various different values of these homeowners, thereby affording me a more interpersonal concept of what drives this market, what the true motivating factors for buyers and sellers are.”

Lili’s experience and skill-set reach far beyond the walls of the classroom, however. In addition to the knowledge earned through her degree at A&M, the insight gained from her work in varying Dallas/Ft. Worth school districts, and the critical analysis and administrative experience gained from her work with the Catholic Diocese of Dallas. Through her focus on organizational dynamics and excellent time management skills, Lili is great at multi-tasking and is able to flex with our dynamic real estate market, staying one step ahead through her emphasis on education, for both the professional and the consumer.

While she isn’t at school or at Harrison Heights Realty, Lili enjoys painting, photography, crafting, music, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling with her husband Josh and their dog Obi.
